During those days this type of bridges were built in several ways,it was made from bamboo and woods as well, it still exists in few areas of Darjeeling and its surrounding areas.
The second image is of another bridge made from wood,this place is known as Sirikhola Daragaon falls under the jurisdiction of Darjeeling Pulbazar Development Block.[District Darjeeling ,West Bengal, India] .
Sirikhola Daragaon is also famous for trekking,as the place is just below the Sandakfu which is the highest peak of West Bengal.
